Introduction
Norton App Lock is a mobile application designed to provide users with enhanced security by allowing them to lock and protect specific Android apps using passcodes or biometric authentication. As the lead UX designer, my primary objective was to optimize the usability and overall user experience of Norton App Lock to ensure it is intuitive, reliable, and efficient for users.

Before embarking on the redesign of Norton App Lock, it was important to identify the existing pain points and challenges faced by users:
